Arhaus is searching for a Specialist, Paid Social, Display & Video, responsible for managing our end-to-end paid social, display and video channels. In this highly data-driven, analytical role, this team member will own the strategy, creative, execution, reporting, and optimization to drive profitable growth across Meta, Pinterest, YouTube, CTV and other emerging channels. Reporting to the Manager, Growth Marketing, this team member is both a strategic data-driven thinker and a compelling storyteller, with the ability to translate big data sets into clear, actionable insights. This position is located on-site at our Corporate Headquarters in Boston Heights, OH.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and perform day-to-day campaign planning, best-in-class execution, and optimization to deliver sales and ROI targets, as well as other primary channel objectives

Continuously track and report on performance, identifying key wins and proactively acting upon learnings to advise future campaigns and strategies, maximizing results

Manage in platform activation for campaigns across Meta, Pinterest, YouTube, CTV, etc, optimizing targeting, budgets, creative, landing page strategies, etc

Coordinate creative development work streams and creative briefing, defining ad creative strategy and partnering closely with internal and external teams to develop and iterate

Stay on top of industry and platform trends, identifying innovative ways to evolve our social, display, and video strategies to grow audiences and acquire new customers

Build and maintain campaign roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives and seasonal priorities

Analyze data and translate insights into strategy, sharing performance updates and recommendations with cross-functional teams and senior leadership

Required Experience

3+ years of experience managing paid social, display, or video campaigns, with hands-on execution and optimization

Proven experience working and managing multimillion-dollar budgets

Deep understanding of digital advertising ecosystems across social, display, and video, including campaign structures, audience segmentation, bidding strategies, and attribution modeling

Data-driven problem solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities through data analysis and to take action on them

Excellent analytical skillset, with experience in creating and analyzing large data sets in Excel, communicating key data points to leadership and cross functional partners, identifying optimizations for channel and tactical growth

Demonstrated understanding of full funnel strategy and key campaign objectives

Strong organizational skills, incredibly keen eye for detail, and ability to manage multiple projects at once

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with creative, influencer, ecom, and the broader marketing team

Proactive, adaptable and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Experience

Familiarity with multiple forms of analytics and measurement tools (ie A/B + Brand/Conversion Lift Testing structures, Google Analytics and Mixed Media Modeling tools, etc)

Experience with retail and/or eCommerce D2C brands

Understanding of retail calendar and seasonal process

Passion for interior design and the luxury home industry
