Overview
The Senior Video Specialist is responsible for the creation, production, and delivery of high-quality video content that supports marketing, branding, communications, and training initiatives. This role combines creative storytelling with technical expertise and project leadership, overseeing video projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in video production, editing, and post-production, with the ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate cross-functionally.
Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end video production, including concept development, scripting, filming, editing, and post-production
Collaborate with marketing, communications, and business teams to translate ideas into engaging visual content
Direct on-site or studio shoots, including lighting, sound, and camera operation
Edit video content using industry-standard tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro)
Develop motion graphics, animations, and visual effects as needed
Ensure all video content aligns with brand standards and messaging guidelines
Manage multiple video projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and quality expectations
Oversee and mentor junior video staff or external vendors when applicable
Maintain and manage video equipment, assets, and digital media libraries
