OverviewThe Senior Video Specialist is responsible for the creation, production, and delivery of high-quality video content that supports marketing, branding, communications, and training initiatives. This role combines creative storytelling with technical expertise and project leadership, overseeing video projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in video production, editing, and post-production, with the ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate cross-functionally.ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end video production, including concept development, scripting, filming, editing, and post-productionCollaborate with marketing, communications, and business teams to translate ideas into engaging visual contentDirect on-site or studio shoots, including lighting, sound, and camera operationEdit video content using industry-standard tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro)Develop motion graphics, animations, and visual effects as neededEnsure all video content aligns with brand standards and messaging guidelinesManage multiple video projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and quality expectationsOversee and mentor junior video staff or external vendors when applicableMaintain and manage video equipment, assets, and digital media librariesOptimize video content for various platforms (social media, web, internal communications, etc.)Stay current on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in video productionQualificationsBachelor's degree in film, Media Production, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)5+ years of experience in video production, editing, or multimedia content creationAdvanced proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Creative Suite preferred)Strong understanding of lighting, audio, camera equipment, and production techniquesDemonstrated ability to produce high-quality video content across multiple formatsStrong project management and organizational skillsExcellent communication and collaboration abilitiesPreferred Qualifications

The expected salary range for this role is (USD $58,500.00 - USD $75,000.00 Yr.)
