Job Description
We are looking for a focused and analytical professional to join our Command Center Operations Team in our Las Vegas (Spring Valley) office. In this high-impact position, you will be part of a people-first culture focused on proactive safety. You will leverage sophisticated software to observe active environments, evaluate alerts, and deliver critical voice interventions when it matters most. This is a fast-paced, site-based desk opportunity that demands exceptional reliability and swift execution. If you are passionate about technology-driven safety, this role provides the platform to maximize your performance and help provide exceptional service to enterprise clients.
The hourly pay for the role is $16.37 per hour with a 10% differential increase on all hours worked after 6:00 pm
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Oversight
  • Observe live video feeds following automated alerts to analyze unfolding situations in real time
  • Oversee security infrastructure across multiple national client locations from a centralized environment
  • Analyze behavioral anomalies to differentiate regular site activity from genuine security threats

Incident Intervention
  • Deliver clear audio warnings over loudspeakers to deter unauthorized activity on client property
  • Initiate rapid escalation protocols to contact emergency services or law enforcement when necessary
  • Document operational logs detailing incident timelines and corresponding baseline actions taken

Technical Performance
  • Manage multiple high-resolution monitors simultaneously while maintaining absolute focus throughout the shift
  • Leverage proprietary software interfaces utilizing high-speed navigation and precise technical controls
  • Support continuous performance benchmarks during the permanent shift schedule including scheduled holiday coverage

Job Requirements:
Technical Expertise
  • Computer Proficiency to navigate PC hardware interfaces and multi-display environments comfortably
  • Keyboard Dexterity to input text at a minimum speed of 40 WPM accurately
  • System Operations to interface with centralized communications dashboards and alert networks

Professional Experience
  • Command Center Operations to maintain composure and perform specialized actions under rapid timelines
  • Customer Service to handle communications directly with cross-functional stakeholders or emergency dispatchers
  • Time Management to deliver exceptional attendance records matching shift parameters from 5:00 pm to 1:00 am

Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous background in technology dispatch, asset protection, or customer service environments
  • Prior familiarity with automated screening tools or computer-aided monitoring software
  • Demonstrated capability to adapt seamlessly during operational training workflows
