Your role in our mission
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages to appropriate departments and staff.
  • Prepare and process outgoing mail and shipments, including labeling and ensuring proper postage.
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries, receipts, and mailroom inventory.
  • Operate standard mailroom equipment (postage machines, scanners, printers, etc.).
  • Drive company vehicle for local deliveries and pickups as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized mailroom area.
  • Assist with general office support tasks when required.
  • Follow security and confidentiality protocols when handling sensitive documents.

What we're looking for
  • 1+ year of experience in a mailroom, document processing, clerical, administrative support, or related environment preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling confidential documents and mail.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and data entry systems.
  • Ability to lift, push, or pull packages weighing up to 50 lbs.

What you should expect in this role
  • This is an onsite position in Montgomery, AL.
  • Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation.
  • Work Schedule: Monday thru Friday 7:30 am - 4:00 pm
  • As part of our interview process, all candidates must complete an assessment. This helps us evaluate key competencies relevant to the role, including communication skills, multitasking abilities, and problem-solving capabilities.

The pay range for this position is $28,500.00 - $33,800.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
