Job description

Own the Game-Day Experience for Prime Video's Biggest Live Sports. Prime Video (PV) is transforming how fans experience live sports-from Thursday Night Football to NBA games to NASCAR races. As a Marketing Manager on our US Streaming team, you'll be at the center of the action, orchestrating the in-app and out-of-app marketing that brings millions of sports fans to our platform every week.
Your Arena: You'll own the Storefront and Fire TV marketing execution for Prime Video's expansive live sports catalog-NBA, Thursday Night Football, NASCAR, and more

This is high-stakes, real-time marketing where every second counts. You'll launch time-sensitive campaigns, troubleshoot live during games, and optimize performance on the fly to ensure fans never miss a moment.
The Play:
- Plan and execute rapid-fire merchandising campaigns for live sporting events across Prime Video's platform
- Partner with Live Events Marketing, Creative, Product, and cross-functional teams to deliver seamless game-day experiences
- QA, monitor, and optimize in real-time-because when the game is live, there's no room for error
- Drive fan engagement through strategic in-app placements and Fire TV promotions
- Be the champion for Prime Video's sports merchandising strategy

Key job responsibilities
Live Events Campaign Execution & Operations (40%):
- Schedule, publish and QA Prime Video live sports content across PV Storefront, X-Site and Fire TV
- Execute merchandising requests from Marketing Managers, Content Acquisition Managers (CAMs) and Planning teams with quick turnaround times
- Execute A/B tests for carousel positioning, creative assets, and messaging frameworks as requested by stakeholder teams
- Process high-volume requests during peak sports periods including playoffs, championship games, season openers, and marquee sporting events
Quality Assurance & Monitoring (30%):
- Conduct pre-launch QA on all live event placements to ensure creative assets, metadata, and links are accurate
- Monitor live storefront content during live games to identify and escalate technical issues, content defects, or customer-facing errors
- Verify compliance with league brand guidelines, broadcast rights requirements, and partner agreements for all published sports content
- Document and track all live event executions, real-time changes, and technical issues in internal tracking systems
Stakeholder Coordination (20%):
- Manage campaign intake via ticketing systems and other communication channels (e.g

emails, Slack) prioritizing by business impact and live game schedules
- Partner with Creative and Marketing teams to ensure timely asset delivery for live events
- Communicate campaign status to key stakeholder teams
Process Improvement & Documentation (10%):
- Identify automation opportunities for repetitive manual tasks and communicate to leadership
- Provide feedback on tooling gaps and process inefficiencies
- Document workflows and create/update SOPs for merchandising processes
- Contribute to knowledge base articles and training materials for team efficiency
This role operates on a shift-based schedule to support live events coverage. Candidates must be available to work assigned shifts that include weekends and select holidays during peak sports seasons (e.g. playoffs, championships, tournament finals, etc.)

Schedule flexibility is required to accommodate live game coverage needs and shift rotations.

- Run extensive live QA exercise across devices
- Monitor games while live and trouble shoot issues, if any
- Plan and execute upcoming storefront merchandising campaigns and run pre-QA checks
- Connect with stakeholder teams to plan for future campaigns
- Ideate and execute storefront experiments that improve CX and business performance
- Summarize and share campaign observations and learnings regularly with partner teams and key stakeholders
