• Conduct thorough assessments of mental health needs through direct engagement, which includes screening for conditions such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, and relationship conflicts.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and interdisciplinary health care teams, which may include psychiatrists and other allied health professionals.
• Maintain detailed documentation of patient interactions, treatment plans, and session notes in electronic medical records, adhering to medical and legal standards.
• Engage in case management activities, including triaging urgent needs, providing referrals to additional services, and maintaining open communication with patients and their families.
• Consult regularly with interdisciplinary team members to ensure cohesive care and adjust treatment strategies as necessary based on client progress and health outcomes.
• Participate in continuous professional development and be available to mentor junior team members or interns as needed.

This role focuses on serving a broad spectrum of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults dealing with various mental health challenges, from mild situational stressors to significant psychiatric disorders. • A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
• Current active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality mental health care in a telehealth setting, with a focus on managing a caseload efficiently.

• At least two years of experience providing mental health counseling in a clinical setting, with familiarity in telehealth platforms.
• Experience working with both adults and children, demonstrating a versatility in treatment approaches.
• Strong case management skills and an understanding of community resources available to clients.
