Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and diagnostics for patients presenting with various mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, and relationship conflicts.
  • Formulate and implement personalized treatment plans, collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians and psychiatric specialists.
  • Document clinical findings, treatment plans, and patient progress in compliance with medical and legal standards, ensuring meticulous record-keeping in patient files.
  • Provide case management services, coordinating appropriate referrals and resource allocation to assist patients in navigating their care needs effectively.
  • Communicate consistently with patients and their families to provide updates, answer questions, and facilitate connections with external agencies when necessary.
  • Consult with fellow professionals about treatment strategies and adjust plans as required to improve patient outcomes.
  • Perform additional duties as necessary to support the overall mission of the organization.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The Telehealth Professional Counselor will engage primarily with adults and children navigating various mental health challenges. Qualifications

  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage high caseload volumes efficiently.

  • Proven clinical experience in a mental health setting, with a strong understanding of diverse therapeutic modalities.
  • Demonstrated ability to motivate patients toward their recovery goals while maintaining enthusiasm in a high-paced environment.
