Role Overview

Lectric eBikes is seeking a talented and versatile Graphic Designer to assist with product and packaging design, social media graphics, ads and website UX. . This role will bring creativity, consistency, and energy to our visual identity โ€” translating ideas into compelling designs that inspire customers to get outside, explore, and experience the freedom of riding.

As an in-house designer, youโ€™ll collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, Ecommerce, Retail, and Operations teams to create high-impact creative across digital campaigns, product launches, web experiences, retail environments, email, social media, packaging, and more.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on creative designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can balance brand storytelling with performance-driven design, and enjoys taking projects from concept through final execution.

Key ResponsibilitiesBrand & Creative Development
  • Help evolve and maintain Lectric eBikesโ€™ visual identity across all customer touchpoints

  • Create engaging, on-brand creative that supports customer acquisition, retention, and brand loyalty

  • Develop campaign concepts, visual directions, and creative assets that align with business goals

  • Maintain brand consistency across channels, including digital, retail, print, and experiential

Marketing & Digital Design
  • Design creative assets for:

    • Paid media campaigns

    • Social media

    • Email marketing

    • Website and landing pages

    • Promotions and seasonal campaigns

    • Customer communications

  • Partner with Marketing to develop creative that drives engagement and conversion

  • Create variations of creative for testing and optimization

Product & Ecommerce Creative
  • Support product launches with:

    • Product storytelling

    • Feature callouts

    • Lifestyle imagery direction

    • Sales collateral

    • Product comparison assets

  • Collaborate with Product and Ecommerce teams to bring products to life visually

Retail & Physical Brand Experience
  • Create materials supporting retail/showroom experiences:

    • Signage

    • Displays

    • Promotional materials

    • In-store graphics

    • Event materials

  • Ensure physical brand experiences feel cohesive and premium

Content Creation
  • Support photo/video creative needs through:

    • Creative direction

    • Simple motion graphics

    • Video editing

    • Asset development

  • Partner with internal and external creative resources as needed

Project Management
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

  • Translate creative briefs into polished deliverables

  • Communicate timelines, risks, and creative recommendations

  • Maintain organized design files and asset libraries

QualificationsRequired
  • 3+ years of graphic design experience (in-house, agency, or consumer brand preferred)

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating:

    • Brand design

    • Digital marketing creative

    • Campaign development

    • Typography/layout

    • Visual storytelling

  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite:

    • Photoshop

    • Illustrator

    • InDesign

  • Experience designing for digital channels and ecommerce

  • Strong understanding of design principles, branding, and production workflows

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects independently

Preferred
  • Experience with:

    • Consumer products

    • Outdoor/lifestyle brands
