About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented, creative Digital Creator to support the execution of marketing initiatives across 52TEN's portfolio.
This is a part-time, production-focused role responsible for bringing marketing campaigns to life through high-quality graphics, videos, and digital assets. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager, who will provide strategy, direction, and content briefs.

Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design & Content Production
  • Create social media graphics based on content calendars and briefs
  • Design graphics for property-level and capital campaigns using brand templates
  • Produce marketing materials including flyers, signage, and collateral

Video Editing
  • Edit "2-Minute Tuesday" episodes in Riverside
  • Produce one ~2-minute YouTube version and one ~30-second short-form version

Email & Campaign Support
  • Build and format email campaigns in HubSpot
  • Support campaign execution across digital platforms

Asset Management
  • Prepare and organize digital assets in Google Drive and other systems
  • Maintain file naming, structure, and version control standards

Execution & Revisions
  • Execute tasks quickly and accurately based on manager feedback
  • Implement revisions and updates with fast turnaround times

Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of experience in graphic design, digital content creation, or similar role
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and video editing tools
