Key Responsibilities

• Conduct ethical, solution-focused mental health counseling sessions via video chat, providing a safe space for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings.
• Utilize a range of solution-based treatment modalities tailored to individual client needs, facilitating improvements in mental health and personal insight.
• Develop and implement effective, personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring their concerns and goals are prioritized.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked. Additional benefits include a sign-on bonus, personalized caseloads to align with your specialties, and a healthcare stipend for full-time counselors. You will receive payments through weekly direct deposits, providing you with consistent financial support.
