Job description

Description
West Valley | Phoenix Metro
We are looking for a full-time Videographer & Content Creator to join our growing media team.
This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week team position. We are not looking for a part-time employee, freelancer, or independent contractor. We are looking for someone who wants to become an integral part of our team and grow with us long-term.
YOU MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION, as this position will require you to be mobile.
About the Position
This is a hands-on creative role for someone who loves video, social media, storytelling, and creating engaging content.
You will be responsible for filming and editing a variety of content, including videos for real estate agents, social media content, YouTube videos, and podcasts. You will also play an important role in coming up with new content ideas and helping us continue to grow our digital presence.
Schedule
This is a Monday-Friday, 40-hour-per-week position.
This is not a traditional 9-5 job. Because real estate and content creation don't always happen during traditional business hours, the schedule will occasionally include early mornings, evenings, and weekends when filming or events require it.
We are looking for someone who is comfortable with a flexible schedule and understands that some of the best content happens outside of normal office hours.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who is:
  • Creative and passionate about video and content creation
  • Experienced with filming and video editing
  • Comfortable working with people and appearing behind or beside the camera when needed
  • Organized, dependable, and able to meet deadlines
  • A self-starter who can take an idea from concept to finished product
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledgeable about YouTube, Instagram, Reels, and current social media trends
  • Someone who enjoys being part of a team and collaborating with others
  • Willing to bring new ideas and continuously look for ways to improve our content

What We're Looking For
We are looking for more than someone who can simply operate a camera. We want a creative team member who understands what makes content engaging and knows how to tell a story through video.
If you're creative, motivated, reliable, and excited about building something with a team, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
• Film real estate, lifestyle, community, and social media content
• Edit long-form and short-form video
• Create content for YouTube
• Create engaging Instagram Reels and other social media content
• Film and assist with podcast production
• Brainstorm and develop creative content ideas
• Manage cameras, lighting, audio, and other production equipment
• Help coordinate and organize filming and content schedules
• Stay current with social media trends and emerging video styles
• Work closely with the team to turn ideas into polished, finished content
Qualifications
• Ideal candidate will have videography and photography experience, primarily videography
• Professional video production
• Video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
• YouTube content
• Instagram Reels and short-form video
• Camera, lighting, and audio equipment
• Podcast/video podcast production
• Real estate, lifestyle, or social media content
