This full-time remote position allows you to make a significant impact in the lives of individuals while working from the comfort of your own home. With a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $104,000 annually, depending on hours worked, we provide an exceptional opportunity for licensed professionals to thrive in a supportive and flexible work environment.

About the Organization

Gotham Enterprises Ltd is a leader in the telehealth space, committed to providing accessible mental health care to individuals across Arizona. Our platform has quickly become the largest online community for mental health services, with over 10,000 clients signing up daily. We strive to create a supportive and inclusive environment for both our clients and healthcare professionals, ensuring a seamless experience for those seeking care.

Work Environment

As a fully remote position, this role allows you to maintain a work-life balance while providing critical mental health services. Our telehealth facility ensures that you will have the tools needed to conduct sessions effectively through phone, video chat, and messaging. With a robust platform that minimizes administrative overhead, you can focus on what you do bestโ€”helping clients to navigate their mental health journeys. Minimal paperwork enhances efficiency and allows for greater flexibility in scheduling, thus accommodating part-time and full-time work preferences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct therapy sessions with clients using our telehealth platform, utilizing phone, video chat, or in-app messaging to ensure effective communication.
  • Deliver quality care to clients experiencing low-acuity mental health issues in focused sessions lasting 30 to 45 minutes.
  • As part of your practice, assess and treat a variety of mental health conditions, including ADHD, OCD, grief, weight disorders, and relationship issues, among others.
  • Maintain meticulous and secure documentation of client interactions while adhering to confidentiality guidelines.
  • Monitor clientsโ€™ progress and adapt therapeutic techniques as needed, maintaining a holistic view of their mental health journey.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The clients you will work with primarily consist of individuals who have been screened for stability and low acuity concerns. This allows you to focus your expertise on those who can benefit most from remote care. You will have the opportunity to select up to three specific client demographics to align your practice with your interests and expertise, enhancing your job satisfaction and effectiveness.

Qualifications
  • A valid independent license to practice as a mental health professional in Arizona, free from any disciplinary actions.
  • A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
  • Proficiency in using technology to facilitate remote consultations (working phone, PC/laptop, and reliable internet connection; tablets are not accepted).
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working in a telehealth capacity, particularly with stable clients requiring ongoing support.
  • Prior involvement in research or community outreach programs related to mental health services can be advantageous but is not mandatory.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently while being part of a larger virtual team.
Compensation and Benefits
  • A substantial signing bonus to welcome you to our organization and support your transition.
  • A monthly healthcare stipend for full-time therapists working 30-40 hours per week, reflecting our commitment to your well-being.
  • Flexible scheduling options allowing you to balance your professional and personal life.
  • Regular weekly direct deposits, ensuring timely access to your earned income.
  • Competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $104,000 annually, depending on the hours worked and client load.
