The Impact You Will Make

We are an ambitious, quickly growing team looking for a Video Content Creator who can help us compete on a global scale. You should be a versatile storyteller with a strong creative POV who can work both independently and collaboratively, creating content for a wide range of clients-from brands to advocacy groups.

What You'll Do

  • Produce, shoot, and edit short- and long-form scripted social content from start to finish-including picture editing, audio mixing, color grading, and graphic treatments-with a focus on creating on-trend, platform-optimized content for social media.
  • Edit digital commercial ads for brands and social change organizations
  • Collaborate with creative directors, copywriters, and strategists to align on content goals, while contributing a strong creative point of view throughout the process.

  • You don't just cut clips together; you craft stories with an instinctive sense of rhythm, pacing, and shot selection, evoking emotion through precise cuts, music, and seamless transitions.
  • Proven experience as a "one-person band," managing all stages of production-from coordinating pre-production logistics to filming with professional-grade equipment (Black Magic, Alexa, RED) and iPhones, interviewing and directing subjects on set, as well as editing with Adobe Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects)
  • A collaborative approach and curious nature. You are open to the ideas and opinions of your teammates and are constantly striving to improve your skill sets and knowledge.
  • Bonus points if you've produced social content in fast-paced, digital news environments like Vice or Vox
  • This role is expected to travel approximately 40-50% of the time and requires flexibility to work across multiple markets, often on short timelines.
  • Comfortable operating independently in fast-moving environments with minimal oversight, including traveling solo, conducting interviews, capturing content, producing same-day selects, and delivering first-pass edits under tight deadlines.
  • Proven ability to conduct interviews and direct non-professional talent, executives, clinicians, and community stakeholders while making subjects feel comfortable on camera.
  • Strong understanding of social-first storytelling and the ability to identify content opportunities in real time while in the field.
  • Responsible for organizing footage, creating selects, and delivering polished first-pass edits that can be refined by internal post-production teams when needed.
  • Comfortable capturing content across a variety of platforms and camera systems, from cinema cameras to mirrorless, mobile, and creator-style setups depending on project needs.
