Social Media Content Creator

About Us

Lincoln Plumbing & Rooter, Inc. is a growing commercial and residential plumbing company serving San Bernardino, Riverside, Orange, and Los Angeles Counties. We are looking for a creative and motivated Social Media Content Creator to help grow our online presence, showcase our work, and generate leads through engaging content.

This is not a remote position. The ideal candidate will spend time both in the office and in the field, capturing real-world plumbing projects, technician interactions, customer success stories, and company culture.

Position Overview

The Social Media Content Creator will be responsible for creating, editing, and publishing content across multiple social media platforms. This individual will work closely with management and field technicians to develop content that highlights our services, promotes our brand, and helps attract new customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and publish content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Google Business Profile.
  • Visit active job sites to capture photos and videos of plumbing repairs, installations, and commercial projects.
  • Ride along with technicians to document day-to-day operations.
  • Produce short-form video content including Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Edit videos, graphics, and marketing materials.
  • Create before-and-after project showcases.
  • Develop educational plumbing tips and customer-focused content.
  • Write engaging captions, hashtags, and marketing copy.
  • Maintain a content calendar and posting schedule.
  • Monitor social media engagement and assist with responding to comments and messages.
  • Track content performance and recommend strategies to increase reach and engagement.
  • Assist with marketing campaigns, promotions, and company branding initiatives.

Job Site Content Requirement

This position requires regular travel to active plumbing and construction job sites throughout Southern California.

The successful candidate must be comfortable:

  • Working around construction environments.
  • Recording content in commercial and residential properties.
  • Interacting with technicians, customers, and property managers.
  • Capturing content during active plumbing repairs and installations.
  • Traveling throughout San Bernardino, Riverside, Orange, and Los Angeles Counties as needed.

Qualifications

  • Experience creating content for social media platforms.
  • Strong photography and videography skills.
  • Experience with CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software.
  • Knowledge of social media trends and platform algorithms.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
  • Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the construction, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, or home service industries.
  • Drone photography and videography experience.
  • Graphic design experience.
  • Experience running paid social media advertising campaigns.
  • Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing.
