About the Role:

A fun, better-for-you snack brand company is looking for a highly creative, social-first video/content creator who gets internet culture, trends, and how to make snack content feel entertaining, relatable, and shareable.

This role focuses on creating short-form video content for TikTok and Instagram Reels that drives engagement, builds brand awareness, and helps us stand out in the snack space.

What We're Looking For:

We want someone who lives and breathes TikTok and Instagram trends and knows how to turn simple ideas into viral-style content. You should understand:

Trend-driven storytelling

Hook-first editing

Fast-paced short-form video

Food/snack content

Meme culture and Gen Z humor

Creator-style content that feels authentic, not overly produced

We're especially interested in creators who study successful snack brands and can identify what makes their content perform well.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience creating TikTok and/or Instagram Reels content
  • Strong understanding of what performs organically on TikTok
  • Video editing skills (CapCut preferred, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, etc.)
  • Comfortable filming with iPhone and lightweight equipment
  • Ability to move quickly and test multiple creative ideas
  • Portfolio or examples of short-form content required
  • Experience with snack, food, beverage, or CPG brands is a strong plus
