Job Title: Video Production Specialist Job Location: Chantilly, VA

Position Overview

The Video Production Specialist is responsible for producing all video content required under the engagement: a minimum of two communications explainer videos and a minimum of five role-specific training video tutorials. This individual manages the full video production lifecycle from scripting and storyboarding through recording, editing, captioning, and final delivery in formats compatible with the Board's approved platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce a minimum of two communication explainer videos during the Base Period covering migration rationale, Collibra benefits, and key change messages for broad Board audiences.
  • Produce a minimum of five role-specific training video tutorials demonstrating Collibra workflows tailored to each assigned user role.
  • Collaborate with the Communications Strategist and Training and Adoption Specialist to develop video scripts, storyboards, and screen recording plans.
  • Record screen capture demonstrations of the Collibra platform in coordination with the Board's technical team.
  • Edit all video content including narration, closed captions (mandatory for Section 508 compliance), transitions, and supporting graphics.
  • Deliver videos in formats compatible with the Board's approved distribution platforms (SharePoint, LMS, Teams, or equivalent).
  • Maintain source file library for future updates as system changes occur throughout the period of performance.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in video production with a focus on corporate training or instructional video content.
  • Proficiency in screen recording and video editing tools (Camtasia, Adobe Premiere Pro, SnagIt, or equivalent).
  • Demonstrated experience producing software screen recording and demonstration videos.
  • Experience adding closed captions and ensuring video content meets Section 508 accessibility standards.
  • Portfolio of corporate training or change communication video content.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience producing training videos for enterprise data management or software platforms.
  • Familiarity with SCORM packaging and LMS integration for video content.
  • Experience with motion graphics or animation tools (Adobe After Effects, Vyond, or equivalent).
