What You’ll Do

As the VP Treasury Management Sales & Product Manager, you will serve as both a strategic leader and a hands-on sales partner. Key Responsibilities include, but aren’t limited to:

  • Drive treasury management deposit growth and fee income across ANC affiliate banks.
  • Partner with bankers to develop and execute market-specific business development strategies.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor during customer and prospect calls, helping businesses identify treasury management solutions that meet their needs.
  • Lead treasury management sales initiatives and support relationship-building efforts with customers, prospects, and referral sources.
  • Research, evaluate, and expand treasury management products and services to ensure a competitive and comprehensive offering.
  • Continuously assess and enhance the treasury management program to align with customer needs and industry trends.
  • Develop plans to build and expand the treasury management team as the program grows.
  • Work with leadership to establish and maintain appropriate risk management and approval processes.
  • Lead the development of customer proposals, treasury analyses, and RFP responses.
  • Coordinate customer onboarding, training, and product demonstrations.
  • Prepare performance reporting related to treasury management sales, profitability, and program growth.
  • Represent ANC within local communities and professional organizations.


Qualifications

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of treasury management experience within a community banking environment.
  • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation (preferred).
