Position: VP, Product & Strategic Accounts

Department: Administration

Reports To: President, Anthony Newville

Employment Status: Full-Time, Exempt

Office Location: Scottsdale, AZ (On-Site)

Job Summary:

Miura Golf, the global leader in premium irons and wedges, is looking to add a new member to its leadership team. Founded in 2004, Miura Golf is headquartered in Scottsdale, Arizona.

The VP, Product & Strategic Accounts, will lead Miura Golf’s hard goods product strategy and key account relationships, ensuring alignment between innovation, craftsmanship, and market demand. This role serves as a critical bridge between the Miura factory, global partners, and strategic retail accounts, driving both product excellence and commercial growth.

Essential Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Lead the development and execution of Miura’s core putter line
  • Provide ongoing product feedback and insights to the Miura factory on all hard goods creations
  • Develop and implement the global customized iron program, including allocation strategy and partner alignment
  • Collaborate with the soft goods team to identify and refine new product opportunities
  • Manage and grow sales across key national and strategic accounts, including Club Champion, Golf Galaxy, and PGA Tour Superstore
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for amateur and professional players across all tours
  • Provide critical input on the product launch calendar to ensure disciplined, timely market releases
  • Other tasks as determined by the President of Miura Golf

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • 5+ years of hands‑on experience creating and managing golf product lines
  • 5+ years of strategic/national golf account management with pre-existing decision maker relationships
  • Ability to travel as required
  • Must be on‑site at Scottsdale, AZ headquarters
