We are seeking a Vice President, Technical Architect to lead the design and delivery of scalable, multi-platform solutions while driving our engineering roadmap forward. This role blends deep technical expertise with strong execution, helping us deliver high-quality products and unlock the potential of AI-driven innovation.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead the execution of the engineering roadmap, translating business priorities into clear, measurable delivery plans
  • Design and implement scalable architectures across platforms, including Salesforce, internal systems, and external partners
  • Oversee the full software development lifecycle from planning through production support
  • Establish and maintain high standards for code quality, security, testing, and system performance
  • Define and lead Salesforce architecture strategy, including platform integrations and enhancements
  • Evaluate and manage technology vendors and partners to ensure long-term scalability and reliability
  • Drive development of AI-enabled applications using modern tools and frameworks
  • Build and mentor a high-performing engineering team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement

Ideal Candidate Background:

  • 8+ years of experience in software engineering, including technical leadership and architecture
  • Proven track record of delivering complex, high-quality systems at scale
  • Expertise in multi-platform architecture and enterprise system integrations
  • Strong experience with Salesforce technologies and modern development tools such as JavaScript, Python, or similar
  • Experience applying AI or machine learning technologies in real-world environments
  • Deep understanding of modern development practices such as continuous integration and agile delivery
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to partner across technical and non-technical teams
  • Interest in using AI tools to enhance productivity and drive innovation

Compensation Range: ICONIQ is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role. There are several factors taken into consideration in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At ICONIQ, we apply a total reward philosophy where all aspects of compensation and benefits are taken into consideration in determining compensation terms. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $200,000-$250,000 together with the benefits listed above.
