Job Summary

The Quality Control Analyst is responsible for maintaining the quality and consistency of graphics used in building automation systems. This role involves working closely with the design and engineering teams to ensure that all graphics meet the highest standards of accuracy, usability, and aesthetics.


Duties/Responsibilities:

Conducts visual and dimensional inspections of materials, products, and equipment to ensure compliance with specifications.

Assists in developing, implementing, and maintaining quality control processes and procedures.

Performs audits to ensure adherence to quality control processes and identifies areas for improvement.

Documents and reports inspection results, non-conformities, and corrective actions.

Collaborates with operations and engineering teams to resolve quality-related issues.

Assists in maintaining quality records, certifications, and documentation.

Participates in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality control processes.

Stays up to date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory changes.

Requirements

Required Skills/Abilities: 

Knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and quality management systems.

Strong attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Education and Experience:

Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.

1-3 years of experience in quality control, inspection, or related field.

Certification in quality management preferred (e.g., ASQ CQA, ISO 9001).

Physical Requirements: 

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
