 Salary: $250,000 - $270,000 / year

Job Summary:

As the Division Vice President (Facilities Management), you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success and growth of a high-performing division by driving revenue and maximizing strategic opportunities. Reporting to the Division President, this leader will oversee a team of up to 8 Regional Vice Presidents while ensuring strong operational execution and exceptional people leadership.

This role must be based in one of the following areas (relocation assistance provided):
San Diego, San Francisco, Phoenix, Denver, Austin, Dallas, or Houston

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver consistent performance against company and client financial targets
  • Plan, develop, and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance profitability across the Division
  • Provide leadership across divisional operations to ensure labor efficiency, quality, service excellence, and client satisfaction/retention
  • Achieve or exceed budget targets while maintaining operational excellence
  • Identify and leverage internal sales opportunities and support new business development efforts
  • Foster an engaging and inclusive culture focused on growth, recognition, and development—creating an environment where associates are proud to work
  • Lead with a people-oriented approach, supporting and developing teams through hands-on, approachable leadership
  • Build strong leadership capability by developing managers and strengthening HR partnerships
  • Drive succession planning initiatives to support long-term talent development and workforce planning
  • Collaborate across the organization with a team-first mindset, contributing to a positive and entrepreneurial division culture
  • Perform other duties as assigned

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred; Master’s Degree a plus
  • Must have 10+ years of management experience in full scope facilities management operating across multiple client contracts in multiple sub-categories (examples: life sciences, oil & gas, tech, semi-conductors, automotive, etc.)
  • Experience in personnel management including hiring, supervision, evaluation and succession planning
  • Must have experience managing an annual volume of at least $150 million
  • Ability to multi-task as well as stay on task and concentrate with constant interruptions
  • Must be able to make business decisions based on financial reports and similar facts
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proven ability to enhance profitability, sustainability and creativity across all channels in alignment with business strategy
  • 75–80% travel
