Vice Presidents lead sizable client relationships and integrated communications strategies, delivering exceptional results, senior strategic counsel, and breakthrough cultural impact. In addition to leading accounts, VPs are critical leaders within the organization, mentoring teams, driving business growth, shaping agency culture, and ensuring operational excellence.

What You'll Lead:

  • Develop and lead the roll out of earned-first communications campaigns that position a global health and wellness brand at the center of culture, conversation, and innovation
  • Oversee media strategy across health, wellness, lifestyle, and consumer media landscapes
  • Drive culturally relevant storytelling initiatives and partnerships, including collaborations with top Hispanic talent, creators, athletes, and cultural influencers
  • Help create health & wellness moments that generate earned media, social engagement, and consumer relevance
  • Serve as a senior strategic advisor and day-to-day client lead, partnering closely with executive leadership and cross-functional agency teams while reporting into an EVP

We are looking for a communications leader who understands how health, wellness, medicine, and culture intersect, and how brands can authentically show up in consumers' daily lives.

Ideal candidates have experience working across health & wellness, consumer lifestyle, sports and entertainment brands.

  • Deep understanding of the evolving health & wellness landscape, including consumer health trends, preventative wellness, lifestyle medicine, and culturally relevant storytelling
  • Strong media relationships across health, wellness, lifestyle, sports, entertainment, and business press
  • Experience leading celebrity, influencer, or talent partnerships
  • Passion for health & wellness-driven storytelling
  • Passion for communicating to Hispanic audiences
  • Experience leading integrated communications programs across earned, influencer, social, and experiential channels
  • Ability to translate cultural insights and consumer behaviors into earned-first campaign platforms
  • Confidence counseling senior-level clients and leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
  • Executive presence with exceptional communication and presentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the development of award-winning earned media, influencer, and integrated communications strategies, activations, and tentpole campaigns
  • Lead strategic communications planning and present integrated ideas and recommendations to clients and senior stakeholders
  • Ensure the success of client programming, campaigns, partnerships, and activations while providing senior strategic counsel to internal and external teams
  • Oversee day-to-day client business to ensure seamless execution, budget management, and client satisfaction across all projects
  • Develop strategic communications plans grounded in insights, cultural relevance, audience behaviors, timelines, and budget considerations
  • Review and refine media materials including pitches, messaging documents, executive bios, thought leadership, case studies, and media strategies
  • Identify emerging opportunities, cultural trends, and potential business challenges while proactively driving solutions
  • Actively contribute to agency growth through new business development, RFP participation, strategic proposal development, and organic client expansion
  • Partner with agency leadership to manage account profitability, resource allocation, and team operations
  • Inspire, mentor, develop, and manage junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in public relations, integrated communications, or brand marketing, preferably within an agency environment
  • Experience developing highly successful earned media and culturally driven communications strategies
  • Strong understanding of today's media ecosystem, stakeholder landscape, and influencer environment
  • Proven expertise in client leadership, executive communications, and integrated campaign management
  • Exceptional organizational, leadership, and project management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Spanish speaking a plus
