Job description

eDOC Innovations a cooperative technology CUSO with over 30 years of delivering digital solutions to credit unions nationwide is seeking an experienced, results-driven AVP of Sales to help lead strategic growth in the credit union space. You'll work closely with the VP of Sales, manage key partner relationships, support marketing efforts, and help close deals that drive our success.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies and goals
  • Strengthen relationships with clients, partners, and resellers
  • Support and help manage sales pipeline and contract negotiations
  • Represent eDOC at trade shows and industry events
  • Prepare reports and track team performance
  • Mentor and support sales team members

What We're Looking For:

  • 3-10 years of sales experience (credit union/financial industry a plus)
  • Strong communicator, negotiator, and team leader
  • CRM experience (Zoho preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Willingness to travel
