The Vice President - Project & Construction Management is accountable for leading all project execution and field construction activities, ensuring best-in-class performance across safety, schedule, cost, and quality. This role provides end-to-end leadership across the project lifecycle-from preconstruction through execution and closeout-driving consistency, scalability, and operational excellence.
The VP partners closely with engineering, commercial, and operations leadership to enhance constructability, improve project delivery outcomes, and strengthen organizational capability across project and field teams.
Explore your tasks and responsibilities
Project & Construction Execution Leadership
  • Lead all project execution and construction operations across the portfolio
  • Ensure performance across safety, schedule, cost, quality, and productivity metrics
  • Oversee transitions from engineering to construction and through project completion
  • Standardize execution practices, tools, and governance across projects

Preconstruction & Delivery Strategy
  • Provide leadership input into preconstruction, estimating, and bid strategies
  • Partner with engineering to ensure constructability and efficient execution planning
  • Define and implement project execution plans, methodologies, and delivery models
  • Improve competitiveness through optimized planning and delivery strategies

Commercial & Subcontractor Management
  • Oversee subcontractor strategy, selection, and performance management
