Overview
We're seeking a Vice President of Cross-Channel Media Investment to lead the evolution of how we plan, negotiate, and activate media across key channels digital channels - Programmatic (display, audio, video), Paid Social, Paid Search - as well as traditional (OOH, radio, direct partner). This role is critical in breaking down historical media silos and driving a unified investment strategy that delivers smarter, more comprehensive outcomes for our clients.
The ideal candidate brings deep expertise across our key media channels (programmatic, social, search, direct IO), understands marketplace dynamics, and can bridge the gap between channels to improve value, efficiency, and innovation.

Responsibilities
  • Lead Unified Investment Strategy:
    Develop and implement a cohesive media investment approach that spans programmatic, paid social, paid search, direct io, audio and emerging channels.
  • Break Down Channel Silos:
    Champion a connected investment attitude across internal teams and external partners, ensuring collaboration and consistency across media types.
  • Drive Marketplace Leadership:
    Support senior-level relationships with media partners across all channels, ensuring access to premium inventory, innovation opportunities, and first-to-market advantages.
  • Client Partnership & Leadership:
    Serve as a senior client contact for cross-channel investment strategy, providing guidance on budget allocation, optimization, and value creation.
  • Team Integration & Development:
    Align and lead investment teams across digital and traditional fields, fostering a culture of cross-channel fluency and continuous learning.
  • Performance & Accountability:
    Ensure investments are tied to business outcomes through rigorous stewardship, tracking, and reporting processes across all media.

Qualifications
  • 10+ years of progressive media investment experience in an agency or holding company environment
  • Proven expertise in both digital (programmatic, paid social, digital video, display, retail/ commerce etc.) and traditional (TV, print, OOH, radio) media, primarily digital
  • Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and managing multimillion-dollar investments
  • Deep knowledge of the media marketplace and established relationships with major media partners
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Problem-solver with strong project management experience
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently and in a collaborative team setting
  • Excellent communication, diplomacy, and decision-making skills with the ability to think creatively
  • Experience managing and building client relationships

Compensation Range: $146,490 - $210,420 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
