Vice President, Operations

The Vice President, Operations is responsible for the day‑to‑day operations of Jewish Family Service, a $11 million human services agency serving more than 3,400 people annually. The VP, Operations monitors systems and practices to ensure high standards of operations in alignment with the JFS mission, values and strategic directions. The VP, Operations oversees the development and management of organizational systems, security, facilities, IT, staff development, and volunteer programs.

Adult Day Team

This position supports the Programming Specialist, works with older adults individually and in groups, and assists with planning and implementing programming.

Assistant Administrator and Caregiver – StarPoint

The Assistant Administrator and Caregiver will join a team of leaders committed to helping older adults in our community. Responsibilities will include supporting the Starpoint Director with managing the “on‑call phone” to communicate with fellow caregivers and clients and navigating last‑minute schedule changes. This involves finding a replacement when an aide calls off or no‑shows, while effectively communicating all changes to clients and/or their families in a timely manner.
