Vice President of Operations Highlights Estimated salary:$275,000/year Schedule: Full-time,40 hours/week On-siteposition (Dallas, TX) This position is aDirect Hireopportunity Responsibilities Partner with executive leadership to develop and execute operational strategy.

Establish operational goals, KPIs, and performance metrics aligned with company objectives. Lead long-term capacity planning and growth initiatives; identify and execute efficiency and cost-reduction opportunities. Oversee pharmaceutical manufacturing and production activities to meet quality, safety, and productivity requirements. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support facility expansions, automation projects, and new technology implementation.

Lead procurement, inventory management, warehousing, and distribution; optimize logistics and fulfillment operations. Partner with Quality/Regulatory leaders to maintain inspection readiness and support audits/inspections. Develop, retain, and mentor high-performing operational leaders; build a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Develop and manage operational budgets; monitor operational performance against financial objectives.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree inEngineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Supply Chain, Business, or related field. 15+ yearsof progressive operations leadership experience. 7+ yearsleading managers and directors. Experience inFDA-regulated environments(pharmaceutical manufacturing, specialty pharmacy, biotech, medical devices, etc.). Strong understanding ofcGMP regulationsand quality systems. Demonstrated successscaling operationsin a growth-oriented environment. Proven track record managing budgets and operational performance.

Preferred Qualifications

MBAor advanced scientific degree. Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or503Boutsourcing facilities. Lean Six Sigma Black Belt(or equivalent). Experience with facility expansions, automation initiatives, startup operations, and preparing for FDA inspections.
