The BDB Vice President of Operations will play a critical leadership role in driving the overall operational strategy and execution across the organization. This position is responsible for overseeing daily business activities, ensuring operational efficiency, and aligning resources to meet company goals. The VP of Operations will collaborate closely with executive leadership to develop scalable processes that support growth and enhance customer satisfaction. Minimum Qualifications:
