As SimuTech Group continues to expand in size and commercial sophistication, the Vice President of Finance will serve as the organization's senior financial strategist—ensuring disciplined growth, enterprise integrity, and data‐driven decision making. Far from a transactional role, this leader owns the financial architecture of the business, balancing strategic advisory with fiduciary oversight while leading a high‐performing Finance organization spanning accounting, planning, reporting, and operational finance.

In close partnership with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team, the VP of Finance will guide capital allocation, investment decisions, profitability management, and risk governance, while modernizing financial systems, analytics, and operating cadence to support scalable, long‐term growth.

What This Role Owns:

The Vice President, Finance is accountable for:

  • Enterprise financial strategy and insight, not just reporting results
  • Financial governance, controls, and compliance, ensuring audit-ready rigor

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or MBA strongly preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, including multi-entity operations.
