Regional Vice President – Southeast

We are a rapidly growing safety consulting and risk management firm serving construction and industrial clients, and we are seeking an experienced Regional Vice President to lead and expand a key Southeastern market.

This role is responsible for overseeing regional operations, leading a team of safety professionals, and driving continued growth. You will partner closely with Business Development and executive leadership to expand market presence and deliver high-quality service.

What You'll Do
  • Own full P&L responsibility for the regional market

  • Lead overall operations, performance, and service delivery

  • Partner with Business Development to drive revenue growth and market expansion

  • Build and strengthen relationships with general contractors, developers, and industry partners

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of safety professionals

  • Oversee hiring, staffing, performance management, and team development

  • Ensure high client satisfaction across all projects and engagements

  • Drive operational consistency, accountability, and financial performance

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and service expansion


What We're Looking For
  • Senior leadership experience in construction, industrial services, or a related field

  • Strong P&L management and operational leadership experience

  • Proven ability to grow revenue and expand market presence

  • Background in construction safety, risk management, or related disciplines preferred

  • Experience leading and developing high-performing teams

  • Strong client relationship skills with contractors and developers

  • Leadership style that promotes accountability, performance, and team growth

  • Safety certifications (CHST, CSP, OSHA, etc.) are a plus

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
