  • Build and manage relationships with senior and executive stakeholders, both internally and externally.
  • Lead and develop a team of risk analysts responsible for portfolio strategy analysis, deep‑dive reviews, data quality remediation, automated SAS‑ and Tableau‑driven management information systems, and business partner support.
  • Partner cross‑functionally with marketing, operations, technology, finance, and other business teams to ensure portfolio strategies align with broader organizational goals.

  • 2+ years of managerial experience, including direct leadership of analytical, risk, or portfolio management teams.
  • Cross‑functional experience in areas such as portfolio management, acquisitions, loss forecasting, marketing, pricing, and profitability analytics preferred.
  • 3+ years of working experience with SAS, SQL, Python, or similar programming tools.
  • Strong analytical, interpretive, and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to develop practical solutions to complex business challenges.
  • Solid understanding of P&L dynamics and key profitability drivers within consumer lending.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex analysis into clear, actionable business insights.
