We are seeking an experienced and strategic Vice President of Business Development to lead growth initiatives across our Home Health and Hospice service lines. This executive leader will drive market expansion, referral growth, strategic partnerships, and revenue performance while leading a high-performing business development team. The VP will work closely with operations, clinical, and finance leadership to support organizational growth and achieve business objectives.

VICE PRESIDENT OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and execute growth strategies for Home Health and Hospice services.
  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities, partnerships, and service line expansions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, physician groups, skilled nursing facilities, payors, and other referral sources.
  • Lead and develop sales, outreach, and referral development teams.
  • Establish growth goals, KPIs, and performance metrics, using data-driven reporting to monitor results.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive intelligence, and regulatory changes to guide strategic decisions.
  • Negotiate contracts, preferred provider agreements, and strategic alliances.
  • Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and professional associations.
VICE PRESIDENT OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or a related field required.
  • MBA or Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration preferred.
  • 8-10 years of experience in the Home Health and/or Hospice industry.
  • Minimum 5 years of senior leadership and supervisory experience preferred.
  • Proven success in business development, sales leadership, strategic planning, and project management.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, analytical, and leadership skills.
VICE PRESIDENT OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT TRAVEL
  • Up to 75% travel required.
