The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Positioning & Competitive Intelligence
• Translate complex cellular networking and IoT connectivity features into positioning statements that resonate with target markets
• Own competitive intelligence function, developing deep understanding of how Aeris differentiates from Cisco/Jasper, Ericsson, Microsoft, and other key competitors
• Create compelling value propositions, battle cards, datasheets, and whitepapers that enable sales success
Go-to-Market Leadership
• Coordinate product launches across cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless execution from product development to market delivery
• Drive campaign management, sales enablement, and market readiness initiatives
• Establish and own quarterly PI process gates, defining readiness criteria including documentation, campaigns, enablement, and sales training
Market Strategy & Customer Intelligence
• Develop comprehensive customer persona and segmentation strategies for vertical and subvertical targeting
• Lead win/loss analysis and market trend identification to inform product and positioning strategies
• Engage with industry analysts to enhance market presence and thought leadership
Product Marketing Operations
• Define and implement mature product development lifecycle processes, adding structure to support rapid business growth
• Lead pricing and packaging strategy development backed by market research and competitive analysis
• Build scalable frameworks for consistent and repeatable product launch processes
Qualifications
• Deep background in cellular networking, telecom infrastructure, or IoT connectivity products
• Proven track record translating highly technical capabilities into customer-resonant messaging with measurable market impact
• Experience building product marketing structure and processes in organizations lacking formal frameworks
• Demonstrated expertise in positioning, competitive intelligence, and go-to-market strategy execution

An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to: relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
The salary range for this role is $250K base. Aeris also offers a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical / dental / vision insurance, and 401(k) to eligible employees.
