Job description

What We Need

Corpay is looking to hire a Senior Manager, Strategic Marketing, within our Payables division. This position reports to the EVP of Marketing Strategy and supports the Corpay Commercial Cards business. In this role, you will sit at the center of Product, Sales, and Marketing, defining go-to-market strategies that drive growth. You will help sharpen our positioning, identify the right customer segments, and guide the introduction of new solutions to market. This is a highly visible role for a strategic marketer who enjoys connecting the dots, influencing stakeholders, and turning complex offerings into clear, compelling value for customers.

How We Work

As a Senior Manager, you will be expected to work in an office environment at our Atlanta Buckhead office. Corpay will set you up for success by providing:

Role Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Partnering with business and sales leaders to define marketing strategies that support growth and revenue goals
  • Identifying and prioritizing target customer segments and ideal customer profiles (ICPs) using data and market insights
  • Developing clear, differentiated product positioning and messaging across the portfolio
  • Defining go-to-market strategy for new product launches, including target audience, value proposition, and success metrics
  • Leading marketing reviews with key stakeholders and presenting insights, strategies, and recommendations
  • Acting as a strategic connector across Product, Sales, and Marketing to drive alignment and focus
  • Translating product features into customer-facing benefits and coordinating multi-channel campaign execution
  • Supporting the sales team with collateral, battle cards, and materials to help convert leads into sales

 

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA a plus
  • 5–10+ years of experience in product marketing, marketing strategy, or go-to-market roles
  • Background in fintech, payments, consulting, or B2B SaaS strongly preferred
  • Experience working closely with Sales and business leaders
  • Proven ability to develop positioning, segmentation, and go-to-market strategies
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts
  • Analytical mindset with a strategic approach to problem-solving
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong collaborator who builds relationships across teams
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively use generative AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot) to enhance productivity, research, documentation, and problem-solving.
  • Domestic US travel may be required (4–6 times per year)
