Job description

The Vice President, Engagement Strategy leads the development of integrated engagement strategies that connect brands with healthcare professionals and patients across CRM, social, digital, omnichannel, and emerging platforms. This leader partners with Strategy, Creative, Media, and Data teams to create personalized customer experiences, drive innovation through AI, and shape engagement ecosystems that deliver measurable business impact.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the agency's CRM, social, omnichannel, and customer engagement strategy across multiple brands and therapeutic areas.
  • Develop connected customer journeys that leverage first-party data, AI-enabled personalization, automation, and emerging technologies to deliver meaningful experiences.
  • Partner with Creative, Media, Strategy, Analytics, and Technology teams to build integrated engagement plans across paid, owned, and earned channels.
  • Serve as a senior strategic advisor to clients, identifying opportunities for innovation, growth, and digital transformation.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing engagement strategy team while advancing the agency's capabilities in omnichannel marketing and customer experience.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in CRM, digital marketing, omnichannel strategy, customer engagement, or marketing strategy within an agency or healthcare environment.
  • Deep expertise in CRM ecosystems, social strategy, customer journey orchestration, personalization, and omnichannel engagement.
  • Experience leveraging AI and marketing technology to improve customer experiences and engagement effectiveness.
  • Proven success leading senior client relationships, cross-functional teams, and large-scale integrated marketing initiatives.
  • Healthcare or pharmaceutical marketing experience required.

Pay Range- $175,000- $200,000
