Our client is an established and rapidly growing manufacturer of residential lighting and ceiling fan solutions serving the builder, multi-family, distribution, retail, e-commerce, and related building-products markets.

The organization combines a long operating history with entrepreneurial leadership, an expanding product portfolio, and a strong commitment to innovation, customer service, and continued market growth. This is a high-impact executive opportunity for a proven sales leader who can scale revenue, strengthen commercial execution, and help shape the company’s next phase of development.

The Opportunity

The role requires a leader who combines strategic vision with hands-on execution. • Identify new business opportunities, channel partnerships, and competitive advantages.
  • Establish clear sales goals, forecasting processes, performance metrics, and accountability standards.
  • Partner with Marketing, Product Management, Operations, and Executive Leadership to align go-to-market priorities.
  • Evaluate market trends, customer needs, pricing dynamics, and competitive activity.
  • Turn commercial challenges into scalable and profitable growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications
  • 10 or more years of progressive sales leadership experience within lighting, ceiling fans, electrical products, building products, or a closely related industry.
  • Proven success driving revenue growth across residential builder, multi-family, distribution, retail, and/or e-commerce channels.
  • Demonstrated experience building, leading, and developing high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong knowledge of strategic account management, market development, channel sales, and go-to-market execution.
  • Proven ability to create and implement scalable sales strategies in competitive markets.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
  • Ability to influence senior executives, customers, channel partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
The Ideal Executive

The ideal candidate is a commercially driven sales leader whose ambition is matched by a consistent record of execution.

This individual brings an entrepreneurial mindset, strong industry relationships, sound business judgment, and the ability to build structure without slowing growth. They are equally comfortable setting strategy, developing talent, engaging major customers, and holding teams accountable for results.

The successful executive will be motivated by the opportunity to create lasting impact, expand a respected platform, and help lead a growing organization toward its next level of market performance.

Why Consider This Opportunity?
  • Direct access to the CEO and executive leadership.
  • Opportunity to influence commercial strategy and company direction.
