Position Summary: 

The E-Commerce Coordinator will support the growth of Samyang America’s online business by driving eCommerce sales at traditional and pure-play retailers. You will support all aspects of running Samyang’s emerging online business including planning, executing, tracking and reporting sales, spend and return on investment. You will help ensure data integrity, optimized searchability, and seamless inventory synchronization across our global marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Planning: participate in discussions with customers, brokers, Sales and brand teams to understand goals, plans and strategies.

  • Execution: Help set up campaigns in advertiser platforms; monitor; adjust based on performance.

  • Analysis: analyze business performance including sales, spend, return on ad spend, conversion, new to brand sales and other metrics.

  • Reporting: consolidate performance data into dashboards and presentations for reporting progress to key stakeholders.

  • Make recommendations to brand and agencies to optimize content for maximum discoverability and conversion online.

  • Media Spend Optimization: Manage and track daily budgets for ad campaigns and keyword bidding strategies at the SKU level to maintain a target Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and Advertising Cost of Sales (ACoS).

  • Inventory: Use systems to monitor inventory status and alert key stakeholders of potential overselling or stockout issues.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the Warehouse, Marketing, and Buying teams to coordinate product launches, seasonal promotions, and clearance strategies. 

  • Manage operational and administrative aspects of eCommerce business including pre-approval requests; payment requests; contract review and approvals; invoice and payment processing. 


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree Required. (Preferably in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Engineering but not required).

  • 2+ years of e-commerce or digital marketing experience (including internships) preferred but not required.

  • Strong technical aptitude, with a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new tools, software, and technologies.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and related Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and data fluency.

  • Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously.

  • Strong time-management skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet critical deadlines.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred:

  • Experience in DTC, Shopify, or omnichannel fulfillment.

  • Hands-on experience with Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), including transaction sets, mapping and partner onboarding.

  • Experience working with overseas or international stakeholders.


The base salary for this position is between $24.00 and $33.00 /hour. Actual compensation will depend on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience, and location. This position may also be eligible for additional compensation and benefits, including an annual incentive bonus, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, PTO/FTO, and a 401(k) plan with company match.
