We're looking for an organized, detail-oriented E-Commerce Coordinator to join our Growth team to help support and maintain our digital sales channels across Shopify and Amazon. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their e-commerce career who wants hands-on experience executing website updates, monitoring channel performance, supporting promotional events, coordinating cross-functional projects, and assisting with e-commerce reporting and operational initiatives.
This role requires working onsite in Rancho Santa Margarita, CA a minimum of 3 days per week. Please apply only if you're able to meet this requirement.
What You'll Do
DTC Website & Shopify Storefront
Support a high-quality customer experience by ensuring website content, promotions, and customer-facing experiences are executed accurately, maintained consistently, and escalated when issues require attention.

  • Execute content updates across Shopify, including landing pages, collection pages, blogs, and promotional content.
  • Conduct routine website audits and testing across devices to identify and escalate customer-facing issues.
  • Support promotional launches through content scheduling, quality assurance, and launch verification.
  • Monitor inventory availability, competitor activity, and website performance trends, escalating risks, opportunities, or issues requiring attention.
Subscription Operations
Support a reliable and scalable subscription program by monitoring operational health, surfacing customer insights, and coordinating issue resolution and platform improvements.

  • Monitor subscription performance and operational health, identifying and escalating order, billing, system, or customer experience issues requiring attention.
  • Provide visibility into subscription trends by tracking key metrics, analyzing customer cancellation feedback, and surfacing opportunities for improvement.
  • Support troubleshooting, testing, and platform updates to help maintain a seamless subscription experience and successful execution of business initiatives.
Amazon Channel Support
Support a healthy and high-performing Amazon channel by maintaining listing quality, monitoring account health, coordinating promotional activities, and identifying issues or trends requiring attention.

  • Monitor Amazon account health, inventory levels, and replenishment activity, escalating listing issues, policy warnings, suppressed products, or inventory risks requiring attention.
  • Support the execution of Amazon promotions and events, including promotional setup, content updates, and launch coordination for key initiatives such as Prime Day and Big Deal Days.
  • Maintain a high-quality customer experience by conducting audits of listings, images, storefront content, customer reviews, and other customer-facing assets.
  • Monitor customer feedback, competitor activity, pricing, and marketplace trends, escalating risks and opportunities that may impact channel performance.
Project & Marketing Support
Help e-commerce initiatives move efficiently from planning to execution by coordinating project activities, supporting cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring key deliverables remain organized and on track.

  • Coordinate e-commerce projects by drafting project briefs, facilitating requests with designers, developers, and stakeholders, and helping keep deliverables on track and completed on time.
  • Support reporting, presentations, and data collection efforts that provide visibility into project progress, campaign performance, and business initiatives.
  • Assist with campaign execution, product launches, and special e-commerce initiatives by organizing assets, coordinating activities, and helping ensure successful implementation.
  • Gather and maintain creative assets for paid media, website, and marketing initiatives to support timely execution across channels.
Continuous Improvement
Contribute to a more scalable and effective e-commerce operation by identifying improvement opportunities, surfacing business insights, and supporting evolving team priorities.

  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, documentation, workflows, and operational efficiency across e-commerce functions.
  • Conduct periodic reviews of customer feedback, product performance, and website trends to surface insights and opportunities requiring attention.
  • Support cross-functional projects, business initiatives, and emerging e-commerce priorities as the needs of the business evolve.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a related field (internship experience considered)
  • Familiarity with Shopify and Amazon Seller Central
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with Excel or Google Sheets
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn new tools and platforms
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with subscription platforms such as Recharge
  • Exposure to Amazon Ads, Google Ads, or YouTube advertising
  • Experience working for a DTC or consumer products brand
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Notion, or Monday.com
