Job Summary Reporting directly to the President, the Vice President Sales and After-Sale is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring the company's sales and after-sales objectives. They ensure effective management of clients and their team to foster the company's long-term growth. As a member of the management committee, they play a key role in aligning the company's objectives and values. Leveraging their expertise in leadership, sales, and negotiation, they will contribute to the development of innovative approaches and be an influential player in new client acquisition and market expansion. Specific responsibilities: Define annual sales objectives and budgets with senior management; Analyze the market and the competition to adapt marketing, pricing and sales techniques to grow company revenue; Develop and maintain long-term client relationships while strengthening the company's brand image; Understand client needs and develop proposals for new business opportunities in collaboration with the management team; Represent the company at annual conferences; Supervise the customer service department to ensure the application of procedures, the quality of information and the satisfaction of external clients; Supervise the technical department to guarantee a high level of technical support for clients; Contribute to the development and improvement of our product reliability by communicating field data to the relevant departments; Submit a monthly activity report and objectives to management; Support employees in their daily tasks and manage all aspects of their performance, including development, evaluation and motivation; Collaborate with internal departments to establish operating procedures that meet quality requirements; Ensure customer and employee satisfaction; All other related duties. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Electrical Engineering; Fluency in French and English (bilingualism essential). Experience: 15 years in a related field Profile wanted • Bachelor's degree in business administration or electrical engineering. • 15 years of experience in a similar position involving sales and after-sales team management and technical support, ideally in an electronics manufacturing company. • Knowledge of business development concepts. • Able to motivate teams even in the face of adversity. • Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal and political savvy skills. • Negotiation and mediation skills to build solid business relationships with internal clients and value-added relationships with external clients. • Strong strategic and entrepreneurial spirit having led to recognized success in leading teams. • Ability to make decisions considering short and long term impacts; • Superior strategic planning, analytical, organizational and creative thinking skills. • Knowledge of order management and logistics for international export. • Ability to exercise strategic judgment in ambiguous or incomplete situations. • Bilingualism - French and English - Excellent oral and written skills to communicate with our international client. • Knowledge of x-rays or medical imaging or medical equipment an asset
