Position Summary:
The Regional Vice President is a key business partner to the EVP and a core member of the Operations Leadership Team. This leader is responsible for implementing and improving the commercial and operational capabilities of KBS across the defined area of responsibility. This leader will develop and execute a growth strategy for KBS, leveraging commercial excellence and both organic and inorganic levers to drive profitable growth and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage margin and profitability for defined area of the business.
  • Provide operational oversight for KBS service delivery and execution activities.
  • Responsible for P&L Leadership including commercial, operational, and financial components.
  • Proactively identify and drive both organic and non-organic growth through upselling, cross selling, reselling, etc.
  • Identify, lead, develop, and empower top talent to drive high-performing teams across functional areas of the business.
  • Own customer satisfaction and quality of service provided by the field-based service delivery organization.
  • Lead the team to consistently meet or exceed customer service levels through culture, systems, and performance management.
  • Leverage metrics to monitor performance and execution while promoting innovation and continuous improvement in operational processes.
  • Continually evaluate staffing levels to ensure the business resources accurately reflect current market conditions and customer demand for services.
  • This role will include 80% local travel

Requirements for Regional Vice President:
  • BA/BS or equivalent experience
  • Experience in the janitorial facilities industry
  • 5-10 years' experience with full accountability managing P&L of $20M+
  • 10+ years' leadership experience including management of a highly distributed and diverse workforce
  • Deep knowledge and expertise of world-class operational excellence tools and methodologies including experience working in a continuous improvement culture where accountability is critical.
  • Vendor and contract management experience
