 Vice President of Exterior Services

Continuum Services is seeking a strategic, operationally disciplined Vice President of Exterior Services to lead performance, growth, and execution across our Exterior Services division.

This executive role is responsible for translating enterprise strategy into scalable regional execution across landscaping, snow and ice management, asphalt services, and related exterior service lines. The VP will oversee operational performance, client delivery, resource strategy, and financial outcomes across an assigned region, territory, or portfolio of markets.

The ideal candidate is a proven operations leader with strong P&L accountability, experience leading high-performing teams, and the ability to drive consistency, efficiency, and profitable growth in a multi-market service environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead regional operations strategy and execution across exterior service lines.
  • Drive operational consistency, service quality, safety, and efficiency across assigned markets.
  • Own financial performance, including budgets, forecasts, margins, job costing, labor utilization, and P&L results.
  • Partner with sales, estimating, finance, HR, IT, and operations teams to support growth and execution.
  • Oversee client service delivery, contract alignment, subcontractor strategy, and resource planning.
  • Support acquisition due diligence and lead post-acquisition operational integration.
  • Develop and coach operations leaders while fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, landscaping, or a related field preferred; equivalent progressive experience considered.
  • Minimum of five years of progressive leadership experience in landscaping, exterior services, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated success leading teams, managing financial performance, and scaling operational execution.
  • Strong executive communication skills with the ability to engage senior leaders, board members, clients, and external partners.
  • Analytical, organized, and comfortable using KPIs, dashboards, and performance data to drive decisions.
  • Ability to travel as needed, estimated at approximately 25%.
