Immediate Need for a Full-Time Veterinary Receptionist/CSR with experience. We are looking for someone to join our incredible team! We enjoy our work, have a family type atmosphere, and enjoy working together every day. You must provide excellent customer service, be dependable, able to handle a fast paced environment, and stay cool under pressure. Pay will be based on experience and opportunities to cross-train.

Schedule:

Experience:
receptionist: 1 year minimum
Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
Veterinary Field experience (Preferred)
Education:

Proficient computer skills.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
We are also seeking a Veterinary Technician to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Triaging patients and taking their vitals, and acquiring patient history and other information from clients.
Assisting with diagnostic procedures.
Discussing treatment plans and estimates, and payment options with clients.
Acquiring cephalic, saphenous, and jugular blood samples.
Inserting IV catheters, and monitoring anesthesia, ventilators, and fluid therapy.
Operating autoclave sterilizers.
Processing specimens in the in-house laboratory and submitting specimens to outside laboratories.
Calculating medication dosages, and providing dosage instructions for clients.
Entering patients' service charges into the computer database and keeping accurate patient records.
Explaining patient instructions to clients and sharing educational materials.
Qualifications:
Proficient computer skills.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong affinity for animals.
Outstanding people skills.
Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
