Job description

Jackson Veterinary Services is seeking a friendly, dependable, and motivated Veterinary Customer Service & Support Team Member to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people just as much as they enjoy working around animals. You will serve as one of the first points of contact for our clients while also providing essential operational support throughout the hospital. We are looking for an individual who is calm under pressure, thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates professionally, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service to both clients and coworkers.

Responsibilities include greeting clients, scheduling appointments, answering multi-line phones, processing payments, maintaining accurate medical records, and helping clients understand invoices. This role also provides operational support to our veterinary team by preparing examination rooms, maintaining cleanliness in client-facing areas, managing inventory, assisting with administrative projects, coordinating communication between departments, and helping ensure the daily workflow of the practice runs efficiently. Previous customer service experience is required, and experience in a veterinary or medical setting is strongly preferred.

At Jackson Veterinary Services, we believe that great medicine begins with great people. We value team members who are self-starters, eager to learn, adaptable, and willing to step in wherever help is needed. If you are looking for more than just a front desk position—if you want to become an important part of a collaborative team dedicated to compassionate patient care and outstanding client service—we would love to hear from you. Competitive pay is based on experience, with opportunities for continued professional development and career growth.
