Dynamite Animal Hospital seeking a friendly, organized, and compassionate Veterinary Client Service Representative to join our collaborative team in North Scottsdale. We provide primary care, emergency and urgent care, bathing, and grooming services for dogs and cats across Scottsdale, Rio Verde, Carefree, Phoenix, and Cave Creek.
Established in 2002, Dynamite Animal Hospital is a full - service veterinary hospital and grooming salon and a Feline Friendly practice. Our core values center on treating the whole patient-Mind, Body, and Soul-because we believe emotional well - being is just as important as physical health.

What You'll Do
As a Client Service Representative, you'll be a vital connection between our clients, patients, and medical team by:
  • Greeting clients and pets warmly and setting the tone for a positive visit
  • Assisting new clients with registration and communicating expected wait times
  • Answering phones, emails, and non - medical client questions with professionalism and empathy
  • Scheduling appointments, diagnostics, and follow - ups
  • Coordinating with referring hospitals to obtain patient records
  • Maintaining accurate client and patient information in hospital systems
  • Ensuring financial responsibilities are met, including invoicing and cash drawer reconciliation
  • Keeping reception, waiting, and exam areas clean and organized
  • Supporting, mentoring, and collaborating with fellow team members

Preferred Experience & Skills
  • Customer service experience required; 1+ year of veterinary experience strongly preferred
  • Strong communication skills with a team - oriented mindset
