1st Pet Veterinary Centers is seeking Experienced Veterinary Client Service Representatives (CSR) for Swing shifts for our Mesa location.


1st Pet Veterinary Centers is an employee-owned (ESOP), Emergency, Specialty, and Primary Care practice with 3 locations in the Phoenix metro area. Our mission is to offer the ultimate pet care experience by providing honest, compassionate, and unparalleled care for pets, their people, and our employees.

Our Mesa location provides Primary Care, Rehabilitation and Emergency & Urgent Care Services.

We are AAHA Accredited, Certified Feline Friendly, and Certified Fear Free Practice.



We currently have the following shifts available:

  • 3:00p-12:00am Wednesday-Saturday with variations as needed for business needs


About This Role

As a Client Service Representative (CSR) for 1st Pet Veterinary Centers, you will be the first and last person caring for the needs of our clients.


Checking people in and out, data entry, receiving payment, and simply caring will be some of your core job duties.

You will be expected to provide clear consistent, kind and compassionate client communication and service even when times are tough. You will need to be comfortable utilizing practice management software and other electronic systems to organize information and process payments.


You should be efficient and effective, able to multi-task and act as a liaison between the client and the veterinarian.


You should be proactive about recognizing potential client concerns and/or problems, and address them before they escalate.

Requirements:

You have already worked in the Veterinary field for several years but are looking for new challenges and place to call your home. 


You are kind, empathetic and strive to go above and beyond for every client and fellow team member.


You have an abundance of knowledge and experience and are passionate about training and mentoring.
