$19.67 - $25.39 / hr, depending on experience and qualifications
Schedule
1st shift, Monday Thursday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.; Friday, 8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.
Hybrid-remote with a minimum of three days on-site per week, per business need

Job Summary
McKee Foods Corporation is seeking a Consumer Affairs Call Center Representative to join our Consumer Affairs team. The Consumer Affairs Representative is responsible for effective resolution of consumer and retail contacts via phone, mail, web and social media. Representatives accurately obtain and record consumer/retailer data and prepare and generate responses. Individuals in this role will interface with consumers, retailers, members of the Field Sales Organization, other Consumer Affairs Representatives, and other McKee departments. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Answer retail and/or consumer calls and inquiries
  • Process and answer consumer and retail emails and letters
  • Issue refunds to consumers
  • Contact District Sales Representatives to request retail service and consumer home visits
  • Pack and send samples and Consumer Care Packages (CCP's) as mailers to consumers
  • Enter documentation and data into Customer Relationship Management(CRM) software system
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of McKee Foods Corporation products
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma
  • 2 years customer service experience or related work experience at McKee Foods
  • Minimum typing speed of 30 wpm
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated personable, engaging and effective telephone personality
  • Professional image, positive attitude and contribute to a healthy team environment
  • Active listening skills - giving full attention to what other people are saying
  • Ability to enter "live" data while conversing on the telephone with consumers/retailers
  • Ability to maintain a high level of focus, energy and motivation while working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to remain calm under sometimes stressful conditions
  • Ability to effectively share the guiding values and message of McKee Foods Corporation
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
Preferred Qualifications
  • McKee Foods' experience
  • 2 years' customer service experience in a call center
  • Bachelor's degree in consumer studies, communication, or business administration, or related field
  • Experience with or the ability to learn Excel
