Verve Wellness & Consulting Center is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our established team in Woodlawn, Virginia. This is a full-time position, allowing for a remote work setting, where you will contribute to our mission of providing exceptional mental health services to our diverse clientele. The salary for this role ranges from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Verve Wellness, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual therapy and couples counseling, customizing treatment approaches to suit clients’ unique needs and backgrounds.
• Documenting thorough session notes and maintaining accurate record-keeping for all clients within specified time frames.
• Scheduling ongoing appointments and managing your calendar effectively to ensure a seamless therapeutic experience for your clients.
• Utilizing both telehealth and in-person sessions to accommodate the preferences of your clients while promoting accessibility to mental health care.
• Working collaboratively with fellow therapists in case consultations and sharing best practices to enhance service delivery.

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals and couples from various cultural and socio-economic backgrounds. The roles require sensitivity to different clinical presentations, enabling you to provide tailored therapeutic interventions that respect the diverse experiences of each client. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work or a closely related field.
• Current and valid LCSW license to practice independently.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with an emphasis on professionalism and maintaining therapeutic boundaries.
• Ability to work full-time, with a minimum commitment of 20-25 client hours per week, including availability for at least two evenings per week.
