Verve Wellness & Consulting Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a full-time capacity. This position is remote, allowing for a flexible work schedule tailored to your needs. • Provide a wide range of individual and couples therapy sessions, employing evidence-based practices to promote mental health and recovery.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation for all client interactions, including assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes, in accordance with organizational policies.
• Schedule ongoing appointments with clients, ensuring a well-organized calendar that accommodates client needs and maximizes productivity.
• Work collaboratively with the administrative team, utilizing our billing service to manage client accounts, process claims, and track insurance benefits effectively.
• Engage in consistent communication with fellow therapists, sharing case insights and contributing to a collective understanding of client needs.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Verve Wellness, you will work with a varied patient population, including individuals of all ages experiencing mental health challenges and those dealing with substance use disorders. You will be instrumental in helping clients through life transitions, relationship conflicts, and emotional struggles, tailoring your therapeutic approach to meet varied clinical needs.

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work or Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution is required.
• Must hold an active and unrestricted license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Demonstrated professionalism, cultural competence, and the ability to set appropriate therapeutic boundaries.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills essential for handling a busy caseload.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently within a remote setting.

• Experience in providing therapy for couples is highly valued and will be considered favorably during the selection process.
• Prior work experience in a detox or recovery setting is beneficial.
