Overview
Consilio is seeking a detail-oriented and execution-focused Vertical Manager to support the execution of a vertical's growth strategy. The Vertical Manager focuses on pipeline health, pursuit support, seller enablement, and internal coordination-ensuring the vertical's strategy is translated into field impact. This role operates across multiple stakeholders with limited formal authority and helps activate repeatable rhythms, feedback loops, and shared assets that strengthen vertical execution.
Responsibilities
• Monitor vertical pipeline health and support pursuit teams with insights, content, and subject matter expert (SME) matching.
• Provide pursuit support and coordination to improve preparedness, responsiveness, and follow-through across active opportunities.
• Deliver just-in-time enablement and reinforce vertical messaging in the field through materials, guidance, and coordination with sales leadership.
• Capture delivery insights and client feedback; document learnings and help route structured input to inform offering refinement.
• Activate internal vertical community rituals and share best practices; curate reusable assets and templates.
• Contribute to cross-vertical collaboration and shared asset development to promote consistency and reuse.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders (Sales, Account Management, Offerings, Delivery) to ensure priorities and actions are aligned and executed.
• Maintain disciplined tracking of actions, decisions, and deliverables related to vertical execution; escalate risks and blockers as needed.
Qualifications
Minimum Experience Requirements:
• 5-10 years of experience in sales enablement, pursuit support, delivery, industry operations, or similar roles.
• Demonstrated project management and cross-functional coordination experience in a matrixed environment.
Other Requirements:
• Comfort working across multiple stakeholders with limited formal authority; strong influencing and communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focused; energized by internal orchestration and operational rigor.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain high-quality outputs under time constraints.
• Tenure expectation: 2-3 years to build vertical fluency, drive execution, and grow into broader leadership.
Working Conditions:
• Full-time position - can be remote or onsite in one of Consilio's core locations
• Some travel (up to 30%) may be required for internal meetings, client engagement, and other industry or company-related events.
