Job Description

TMC is hiring several call center sales  agents for our VERIZON WIRELESS PROGRAM!  This job entails outbound calls to current Verizon Wireless customers up-selling additional products and services to retain their business. Get paid hourly base rate plus commission!!!

 Verizon Wireless Sales:  

Start: Training is Every two weeks. Next class 04/06/2015

Training: 9a-5p for 3 weeks

Shift : Choose your shift!! 9a-5p or 1p-9p( must work every other Saturday from 10a-6p)


  • -Outbound sales calls to up-sell existing Verizon Wireless customers
  • -Inbound sales calls to up-sell existing Verizon Wireless customers
  • -Basic knowledge of the benefit of using smart phones and tablets.
  • -Must have some sales experience(collections/telemarketing a plus)
  • -Strong rebuttal skills and ability to think on your toes to overcome objections.
  • -Adhere to 30 day no missed time attendance policy. 
  • -Able to work required shifts.
  • Must be able to pass a 7 year background check & drug screen.(which includes driving on a suspended license and reckless driving)
